To survive in the harsh environment, Roz befriends the island’s animals and cares for an orphaned baby goose

After a shipwreck, an intelligent robot named Roz becomes stranded on an uninhabited island. Lupita Nyong’o is joined by writer and director Chris Sanders to discuss notable accomplishments and their time together producing “The Wild Robot.” According to writer Peter Brown, the inspiration for “The Wild Robot” came from a sketch he made of a robot in a tree. He then asked, “What would an intelligent robot do in the wild?” As the fox enters the cabin, a moose grunts near the door, but the sound effect used is a recording of a bear.

When I saw this movie, I didn’t know the book, so I went into it blind, and my goodness, I was not disappointed. I loved the movie from start to finish because of the animation style, the characters, the soundtrack, and the various themes of the movie.
I always love when movies leave a lasting impression, and this one certainly did
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting to cry during this movie, but I did… three times. The themes conveyed were so simple yet complex and I highly recommend people of all ages to watch this film.
The themes I picked up on were motherhood, being different in society and growing up
