1. Regularly dust your C2C Furniture.
2. Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth dampened in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
3. For spills, gently blot with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using coarse materials or rubbing vigorously.
4. Use mats and coasters for hot or cold items placed on your C2C Furniture.
5. Keep your furniture away from moisture and water.
6. Protect it from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
7. Prevent cuts and scratches by keeping sharp objects away.
8. Avoid contact with chemicals and alcohol to maintain the natural finish and durability.
   Note: When relocating, lift the furniture instead of dragging to avoid weakening joints.

Delivery:

C2C Furniture’s support and delivery teams will coordinate with you to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Free delivery is applicable for the initial delivery attempt to your specified shipping address. Should a customer miss this delivery, an additional visiting charge will be applied for any subsequent attempts.

If there is no service lift available, our delivery partner will deliver to the ground floor of your apartment. Additional charges will apply for each floor if delivery to the customer’s floor is requested in such cases.

Extra charges will be incurred for weekend or specific time deliveries.

Products will be held at the nearest delivery hub for 10 days if initial delivery attempts are unsuccessful. After this period, C2C Furniture reserves the right to modify or cancel the order.

Installation:

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.

• Pre-assembled: No installation is required; the product is fully assembled and ready for use.
• Expert Assembly: Expert assistance is necessary, and C2C Furniture will provide carpenters for proper installation and assembly.
• Basic Assembly/DIY: Minimal installation/assembly is needed, which customers can perform using the provided assembly instructions and simple tools. No expert assistance is required.

Warranty Coverage:

C2C Furniture offers a generous 5-year warranty period on all our products. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing and workmanship defects that may arise during normal household usage.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing/workmanship defects occurring during the warranty period.
• Furniture used under standard household conditions.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidents.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Incorrect storage, assembly, or installation, inappropriate use, or improper cleaning methods/products.
• Natural characteristics of materials like wood, including cracks, joint lines, or changes due to seasonal climate variations.
• Upholstery fabrics, except for the frame and mechanisms of upholstery products.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning or harsh chemical use.
• Floor or surface level differences up to 5 mm, following industry standards.

Placing an Order: Prior to purchasing, please ensure to check the dimensions of your entrance/door to facilitate smooth delivery. We cannot accept return or cancellation requests if delivery issues arise due to dimension constraints. Certain items require no assembly and are ready for use as-is. Refer to the item details for such information. For items requiring assembly, carpenter visits will be scheduled accordingly.

On Returns: When opting to return an item, ensure it is packed in its original condition.

Damages: C2C Furniture’s delivery procedures are designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report the issue to Customer Support. Damage assessment will be conducted within 72 hours, and an appropriate solution will be provided. C2C Furniture may replace or return the product, or take other corrective measures as deemed necessary to address the issue.

Notify the Customer Support team promptly about any missing parts required for assembly, and arrangements will be made for their delivery as soon as possible.
